We have had a great time in this lovely house. Lots of lovely walks in the forest. Seeing red squirrels was a real treat ? also the black woodpecker. Thank you.

Wonderful. Batteries fully recharged by a surfeit of fresh air, music, books, great food & wine. Tempted to live there. Found the history an unexpected interest - an old farm house built in 1789, the year in which marked the start of the French revolution & great political & social unrest in Europe. Also, the adjacent barn, a magnificent three story structure built into the hillside in 1821.

Notre quinzaine s'acheve non sans un pincement au coeur. Nous avons decouvert une tres belle region et des gens formidable. Nous conseillons au futurs occupants de ce gite la rencontre des artisans de la region ce sont des gens passionnes pour leur metiers et leur region, modestes et simples. Quant au gite, nous y avons trouve calme, repos, convivialite, authenticite. Nous saluons courtoisement les proprietaires,

I'll try and write a few words in English. It was a wonderful stay in a very pleasant and comfortable house. We particularly appreciated the countryside, the silence and the kindness of the young lady Aurelie who was in charge of the keys and welcomed us when we arrived. We congratulate the landlord and landlady. We didn't have the chance to meet them, but we want to thank them for the exquisite taste with which everything is arranged in the house and which makes it so comfortable and pleasant to live in. We hope we will find a new opportunity for another stay. Ours was too short (just a week) and we hope we can meet the owners then.

We had a superb and lovely two weeks here. The gite is very comfortable and well equipped and we appreciated the books and DVDs. Many thanks to the owners for a really enjoyable holiday.

15 tres chouettes jours passes dans ce gite ou rien ne manque pour le quotidien et ou le calme regne par-dessus tout! Quelle merveilleux endroit pour les moments proches de la nature et de ses bruit pas toujours familiers pour des parisiens. Une magnifique region qui merites d'autres visites.
