If the date you are interested in is "blank" on the calendar, the gite is available. To book, move the calendar forward to the month you want, click on the Saturday of your arrival and adjust the number of people and weeks. Hit next and follow the prompts for extras and payment of the deposit.
Please note, discounts may not show in full when deposit is calculated but adjustment will be made before payment in full.
Availability/Booking
The gîte is available from April through October. Rental minimum period is one week and changeover day is Saturday.
There are two seasonal rates, Higher and Lower. Higher rate (£470 per week) is charged for the most popular weeks which include Easter school holidays, Whit week and Summer (July and August). All other weeks are charged at the lower rate (£360 per week). There is a 10% discount applied to bookings of 2 or more weeks.
The Loft Suite (which increases the capacity of the gite from 6 persons to 8+) is charged at £100 per week lower season and £120 per week higher season.
Extras are available for Cleaning (£40 per booking for 6 person option, £50 per booking with Loft Suite option), Linen hire (£5 per bed) and towel hire (£4 per person). There is tourism tax payable of €0.50 per night per adult (over 13 years)
A deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking and the balance is due 6 weeks before the start of the holiday.
