We try to keep our terms and conditions simple. You will be renting direct from the owners and we hope that our rental relationship will be based on mutual trust. Payment:The price of the rental will be as advertised on this site (or as agreed with the owner). A deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking in order to guarantee the reservation. Payment in full will be required at least 6 weeks before the rental date or at the time of booking if booked less than 6 weeks before the rental date. Payment should be through the on line PayPal Credit / Debit card payment system. Cheques by post in Pounds Sterling or Euros will also be accepted by prior arrangement with the owners.
Refunds: The deposit will be refunded (less 5% handling fee) if application is made to the owners within 7 days of payment of the deposit. The deposit is otherwise normally non-refundable. If you have to cancel your holiday, we will make every effort to refund any deposit or payment-in-full already made. However, we can only do this if the period(s) that you booked are taken by someone else, and then only after payment has been received by the new renter. 5% will be deducted from any refund to cover transaction and handling costs.
The owners will not accept liability for any damages caused by the negligence of the renter.
